HOW IS THE RETREAT?
It is a pleasure to extend this invitation to the healing and spiritual work retreat with Wachuma. We will go to one of the most important centers (at the same time secret) of this sacred medicine in the hills of Andalgalá, province of Catamarca, in northern Argentina.This retreat will be carried out by the grandparents Mamacuna and Jampi Camayoc, accompanied byInti Miski, who will guide the work, practices and ceremonies with medicine. It is a "power trip" retreat (concept of internal work and stalking during an experience in new and sacralized territory) in order to promote a total immersion of each person in their own process of knowledge in this sacred context that will be ours. stage to cleanse and nourish both the physical and metaphysical dimensions. In the experience we will have medicine shots and ceremonies, walks in the hills, cleansing, offerings to the earth, spiritual works, word circles, visits to sacred places, works with the land, visits to women and men of knowledge of the region and more. WHAT IS THE WACHUMA?
Wachuma is a medicine that grows in the Andean region, from northern Peru to northern Argentina. His spirit is of great love and intensity and contributes to healing physical, emotional, mental and spiritual issues. He works very tactfully within us and at the same time helps us connect with nature, receiving messages through it (water, fire, trees, animals, etc.). As a master plant that is represents an effective means of healing and a tool of connection with the spiritual in one and in the environment of great value. GUÍAS
The main host of this power trip will be the grandmothermamacuna(click to know more about her), who is heir to the healing knowledge of the women in her family, with a long lineage of Andean healers. The grandmother and teacher Eugenia holds the degree of Mamacuna, which means "Inca High Priestess." From her mother and grandmother, she learned healing techniques with swords, eggs, and candles from a very young age in Peru. He also works healing and diagnosis with tobacco, egg and tarot. Mamacuna is a direct representative of the spirit of Wachuma medicine, as well as its guardian. Your partner will accompany youJampi Camayoc, grandfather healer and teacher of sacred medicine for over 80 years, born in Cuzco, Peru, who comes from a long heritage of traditional doctors of Andean lineage. He is a studious and connoisseur of shamanic spiritual symbology, at the same time that he handles the tarot as a diagnostic tool. He specializes in healing with flowery waters of his own elaboration, while he is dedicated to prophetic and visionary art. Next to them will be Inti Miski (click to knowfurtherabout him), disciple of the grandparents and traditional doctor. We will also be accompanied at times by the maestro Juan Carlos Alloza, a scholar of folklore and traditions of the region, singer-songwriter and writer, a native of Andalgalá and defender of land rights.
LOGISTICS
The trip will have as its destination Andalgalá, Catamarca in Argentina. Closer to the date, it will be coordinated to see who travels from Mexico or other countries as they will arrive. Now everyone in Buenos Aires will define who wants to go by bus, or who will share a private vehicle to get there. We will stay at Grandma Mamacuna's house where she has her altars and healing spaces, and if required for more than 13 people, we can also use a cabin as lodging. Those who go by bus can leave on Sunday night from the Retiro Station (Buenos Aires City) to Catamarca with the General Urquiza company at 8:00 p.m. and they arrive at 11:30 the following day, from there another is taken from Catamarca to Andalgalá at 1:30 p.m. and arrives at 4:30 p.m. Those who go in their own vehicle from Buenos Aires, it is recommended to spend the night in Córdoba and from there go to Andalgalá arriving after 3:00 p.m. of the day Monday. The idea is that day to start activities at 5:00 p.m. The strong activities will conclude on Saturday afternoon-night and we will return early on Sunday.
